This price is for upto 6 guests. If more guests are expected to visit or stay, then please mention it during the booking, else there will be an extra charge of Rs 1500 per guest if not declared in advance. If the number of guests is fixed at the time of the booking, the booking price will be lower than if the guest shows up after the booking. Please note that we do not charge anything extra for children under 1 year of age if they use the same bed as the parents. If you need a special crib or high chair or anything else to make your stay better, please feel free to discuss this earlier.

Visiting guests will be considered as resident guests for the purpose of fixing the charges for the booking.
The maximum capacity on the beds is 14 Guests.

There is a small additional fee for the use of the swimming pool and gym per person per day. Usage of these may be done in proper attire, which is swimming costumes and caps for the pool and running shoes for the gym. We expect all guests to maintain the peace and not disturb other residents when in public areas. Usage of Gym or Pool is not guaranteed even after paying. Sometimes may not be available.

Private Jacuzzi is available 24 hours and can be used after paying for it.

Music and fun is perfectly normal inside the apartment but not outside the apartment. Smoking may be done in the balconies or in the bathrooms with exhaust fans on. Smoking in the rooms is not a wise idea because the smell stays on the upholstery. A big amount has to be spent on dry cleaning in such a case and will be paid by those who break the rules.

Please make sure that you eat or drink either on the dining table or in the balconies on the outdoor tables. BarBQ maybe be allowed if requested at a charge and may only be used for vegetarian cooking. You can bring your charcoal or you can buy it as per your needs from a nearby store. We also keep a stock of charcoal in case you need it.

Lights, Fans, ACs, Jacuzzi have Smart Switches & can be operated using the Alexa app on your mobile. Please ask us how to configure it.

Once you book your stay, you may get in touch with your details and then transfer the remaining amount to be assured of your reservation. We welcome our guests to come and inspect the property before they make a full payment. We can offer free bike and car parking if you reserve this with us in advance. Please mention in the “Booking Notes” about the car or bike or any other special needs.
