In the event that you need to Cancel then charges will be levied as per the Cancellation Policy of the particular property you tried to book or the service you chose.
The entire amount or the adjusted amount as per the actual case will be sent to you by UPI or to the original mode of payment.
If there is some trouble in sending it to the same mode of payment, we will contact you for additional options to refund you.
In rare cases you can choose to leave the amount as a Credit with us and use it for another purchase.
Any charges to the payment gateway due to the transfer will be borne by the user and not Amazistay.
