Stay Amidst Nature

RS Farms is a farm stay which offers a stay surrounded by nature and an outing experience just an hour away from Mumbai city. We offer stays for families and groups. The farms also offers an open space surrounded by the Bhatsa canal and mountains for camping or bonfire parties in the non-rainy season. It is a perfect getaway from the hustle of city life.

The space
Our farmhouse is scenic, beautiful and quite place to spend good time with your friends and family and enjoy the nature around. Have good walking and trekking trails in and around the farm.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire place during their stay.

Other things to note
Meals (veg/non-veg) are provided at extra cost.

-We provide healthy home-cooked meals prepared using locally grown and sourced fresh ingredients.
-Enjoy traditional Maharashtrian and North Indian food prepared by our in-home cook.
-Fish and mutton dishes (subject to availability) can be served at an additional cost, which is payable at actuals.
–Barbeque can be arranged at an additional charge of Rs.500 per head.
-Morning bed tea (black) is complimentary
-Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time.
-If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge.
-While all bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, there are 3 common washrooms in the farm area.

– Guest can access entire property except Kitchen.

– Any transers from station or home are additional cost.
